Refund Policy

Effective date: 2026

Botanical Flow LLC delivers custom professional services. Because our work is bespoke and requires significant time and expertise, our refund policy reflects the nature of service-based engagements.

1. General Policy

All sales of services are considered final once work has commenced on a project phase. We do not offer refunds for completed work or delivered and approved project milestones.

If you choose to cancel after work has commenced:

You will be invoiced for all work completed up to the cancellation date, calculated at our standard hourly rate or pro-rated against the agreed project scope.
Any advance payment in excess of work completed will be refunded within 14 business days of the final invoice settlement.
All work completed to date will be delivered to you upon settlement of the final invoice.

4. Revision & Satisfaction Guarantee

We are committed to delivering high-quality results aligned with your project brief. Each project phase includes up to 2 rounds of revisions at no additional charge. 5. Non-Refundable Items

Third-party platform fees or API costs incurred on your behalf.
Rush or expedited delivery fees.
Completed milestones that have been reviewed and approved by the client.
